Bali Land for Sale
Bali land for sale, yes. For you property investors out there who dream of owning a piece heaven, here is your chance. Bali is considered one of the tourism heavyweights, one of the best in the world. There are currently 6 million of foreign tourists visiting Bali this year only. Domestic (Indonesian) visitors come at 10 million per year. That does not even reach its highest potential.
Bali currently has 1 (yes, just one) airport. Its Ngurah Rai airport almost reaches its maximum capacity and is planning to expand. According to report, Ngurah Rai airport’s maximum capacity is 25 million visitors. It has currently reached 21 million, and growing. Fortunately, Indonesian government has given a green light for the development of Bali’s second and biggest airport in Kubutambahan area in Buleleng. With the capacity of 37 million, the North Bali International Airport is set to be the biggest airport in Bali. It will be used to cater Low-Cost Flight like AirAsia and JetStar. Bali is set to welcome over over 60 million of flight passengers by 2025.
How Much is the price of Bali land for sale?
Bali land, without question, has enormous potential. Its stunning view and amazing culture, its hospitality. You name it. Bali is set to be the front runner of Asia and the World’s tourism place. Because of that, a piece of Bali land for sale in Bali doesn’t come cheap. In Denpasar and Kuta area for example, one needs to fork out as high as Rp 25 million/m2 of land which comes to around USD 1750/m2. For sure, a land in big cities like Singapore or Tokyo costs much more than that. But still, if we want to build a house with at least 300 m2 of land area, it may cost us a fortune.
Unfortunately, there is no way Bali land to get any cheaper in the future. For sure, it will just get more expensive all the time. According to statistics, the price of Bali land increases by around 15 to 20% per year. That doesn’t come as surprise as it is the average percentage for Indonesia’s big cities in general. Because of that, it won’t be surprising if in the near future, the price of land in Kuta beach will reach USD 2500/m2.
Is There Any Place Where I can Buy Cheaper Bali Land?
The answer is, fortunately, yes. Not all of areas in Bali command the same price, at least for now. In North Bali (like Buleleng Regency), the land price is still at ridiculously low price – less than Rp 2 million/m2 or around USD 150/m2. What?? For an island like Bali, USD 150 sounds like a great deal for sure. However, it won’t be that price forever. With the development of North Bali airport and some other infrastructures, it will change in the future. It is predicted that the price of Bali land in the Morthwill at least be half of the south Bali. Therefore, the time is now. If you want to invest and buy a piece of Bali land, yesterday was probably the best time. The second best is now. With the development of infrastructures like Denpasar-Singaraja shorcut road, your investment will be absolutely pay dividend. Experts say that at least 30 to 40% increase in land price per year is just a moderate number.
